Welcome to Udaan Crane Service ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our crane rental, lifting equipment
rental, and related services. By booking, hiring, or using our services, you agree
to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
Udaan Crane Service provides crane rental services, lifting equipment, and, where
applicable, trained operators for construction, industrial, infrastructure, and
related projects. Services are provided strictly according to the agreed quotation,
work order, or rental agreement.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Udaan Crane Service.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation or advance payment, as applicable.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated in advance and may result in revised charges.
3. Rental Period
- The rental period begins from the time the equipment arrives at the job site or as stated in the agreement.
- Delays caused by site conditions, weather, client readiness, or third-party issues will be chargeable.
- Overtime, extended shifts, or additional days will be billed separately.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms must be strictly adhered to as per the invoice or agreement.
- Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services without prior notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide safe, clear, and suitable access to the worksite.
- Ensure ground conditions are stable and suitable for crane operations.
- Obtain all necessary permissions, permits, and approvals required for the work.
- Ensure the worksite complies with applicable safety and legal regulations.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Safety is a top priority at Udaan Crane Service.
- Our operators will follow standard safety practices; however, the client must ensure site-level safety compliance.
- Udaan Crane Service reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are identified, without liability.
7. Operators & Equipment Use
- Cranes and equipment may only be operated by authorized personnel.
- Clients are not permitted to operate or interfere with equipment or operators.
- Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation will result in immediate termination of service and liability for damages.
8. Breakdown & Downtime
In the event of equipment breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or
replace the equipment. Udaan Crane Service shall not be liable for delays or losses
arising from mechanical failure beyond our control.
9. Damage & Liability
- The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by negligence, unsafe site conditions, or misuse.
- Udaan Crane Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Insurance
- Udaan Crane Service maintains insurance coverage as required by law.
- Clients are responsible for insuring their materials, loads, and surrounding property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Force Majeure
Udaan Crane Service shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance
due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes,
government actions, or extreme weather conditions.
12. Cancellation & Termination
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period and mobilization status.
- We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of these terms.
13. Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Udaan Crane Service from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the client’s negligence or breach of these terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts where Udaan Crane Service operates.
15. Amendments
Udaan Crane Service reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective upon publication.
